Greetings! Thank you for your interest in the Celebration Metaphysical Fairs, the nations oldest conscious living fair. The Celebration Metaphysical Fair is a juried Fair.
There is a two-step process to get into the Fairs. First you apply and provide documentation for acceptance into the Celebration Community. Second, you will receive a link to register online when you have been accepted into the community.
All Fairs are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Dates of the upcoming Fairs are:
* Denver March 16-18, 2012 Denver Merchandise Mart Expo (St. Pattys Day)
* Colorado Springs April 13-15, 2012 Colorado Springs City Auditorium
* Denver August 31, Sept 1-2, 2012 Denver Merchandise Mart Expo (Labor Day Weekend)
* Colorado Springs October 5-8, 2012 Colorado Springs City Auditorium (Columbus Day)
This is our 100th Fair, so it is four days and many special events and Activities

The goal of these Fairs is to empower people’s hearts and souls to create a fulfilling life. Celebration Metaphysical Fairs are truly metaphysical in focus, so all products and services represented should help the public understand or appreciate the meaning and beauty of life, psyche, spirit, or soul. These Celebrations are for sincere professionals only, and we do check references. All commitments from Celebration Productions Inc. must be in writing. Our advertising includes TV, newspaper, and direct mail to the widest spectrum of Colorado citizens. We anticipate 3000 - 6000 people at the Colorado Springs and Denver Celebrations.
Your acceptance into our Metaphysical Celebration Community is conditional on: 1. You meet our requirements of experience. Minimum two years professional experience for both readers and vendors. 2. We receive positive feedback about you by independent people who know your work. 3. You believe in the values of the Fair: a. free will, b. respect of different spiritual paths, c. holistic lifestyle/balance, d. planetary/spiritual interconnectedness supporting a positive, sustainable future. 4. You provide us with the following documentation: a. Completed Application Form - Vendor Application or Reader/Healer Application b. Examples of recent fliers and/or business cards. c. Copy of license and/or diploma where appropriate. d. Picture of your booth or store (for vendors), a picture of yourself (for readers). e. Names and phone numbers of at least four professional references [people you have read for, fellow professionals, faiir organizers, or stores that carry your products]. (Optional) Send copies of written letters of recommendation f. Personal cover letter giving some personal insight about how you belong in a Metaphysical Fair - . Please include a few paragraphs about your background and training in the field of your service or products. If you are a reader or healer, write a description of the specific type of reading and techniques you use. If you are a vendor or a non-profit organization, please include a general list of products or services you would offer at our Fairs. Please send the above documentation to us by postal mail to Celebration Productions _ 2211 W. Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80904. We will take your application through our approval process and contact you with the outcome. The community is constantly changing with people coming and going but the community size remains approximately the same. As spaces open up you may will be contacted and sent a contract.
Operational Procedures:
We try to acknowledge receipt of completed applications and contracts within three (3) weeks from the time they are received.
Vendors/Readers who participate in at least one Fair per year (or registered valid contract with deposit) will be offered upcoming contracts.
We open online registration approximately four months before a fair.
If we have successfully registered online and paid a deposit we will try to get you into that fair or the next available fair you have requested.
We endeavor to be equitable, professional, and open in our admission process. We value both long time community members and new vital readers, healers, and vendors. Equity, stability, and efficiency are important, but we intend to stay on a human non-bureaucratic level, so please contact us if you have issues or concerns.
